Forests & Farms, Fish & Wildlife, Rivers & Recreation – this is the Snoqualmie Valley.
The majestic Snoqualmie River Valley, situated between Seattle and the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, is steeped in heritage, rugged and pastoral beauty, arts, and culture. Farmers take advantage of the fertile soils in the lower valley, supplying fresh produce to restaurants and farmer’s markets. Premiere outdoor activities abound, including hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. The Valley’s small towns —Duvall, Carnation, Fall City, Snoqualmie and North Bend— retain a strong main-street heritage populated with unique stores and restaurants, but maintain a deep connection to the forests and farms just beyond the city limits.
We believe that life is better when you have a strong sense of place and connections to nature and culture. We are working to create a united coalition of local and tribal government, community leaders, businesses, and non-profits across the Snoqualmie Valley, to build broader awareness, engagement and collective impact of long term balance and preservation of forests, farms, fish and wildlife, tourism and recreation.
Our vision is that Snoqualmie River Valley remains a beautiful place that maintains its unique character and rich heritage and is a place known for its pristine natural landscape, premier outdoor recreation, sustainable farms and food, and vibrant arts and culture.
