On the Snoqualmie River, this is one of the oldest campgrounds in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. It has single sites, some with electrical hookups, and one group site that can accommodate 20-50 people. It is close to popular hiking trails and the Alpine Lakes Wilderness.

Nestled between Mount Washington and Rattlesnake Mountain, this lake is popular for fishing, swimming, hiking, and picnicking. The Palouse to Cascades Trail heads east from here and the Snoqualmie Valley Trail heads north. The Cedar River Watershed Education Center houses exhibits relating to the 90,000-acre watershed that supplies much of Seattle’s drinking water.
