The Greenway Trust proudly works in partnership with local businesses to connect employees to their natural surroundings through volunteer stewardship work. Volunteering with the Greenway Trust is the perfect team-building occasion, providing an opportunity to boost morale and reinforce your company’s commitment to sustainability.
Your company can build team culture while restoring critical habitats, removing invasive species, and planting trees.

Private Volunteer Events
For companies that wish to organize a custom event during the work week, we can work together to find an appropriate project for your group size (minimum 10 volunteers) and time frame (minimum 3 hours).
In consideration of our nonprofit’s limited resources, we ask that companies make every effort to include a financial contribution when collaborating on a custom volunteer event. These contributions directly support the staff and materials needed to plan and host an effective, educational, and enjoyable event. Learn more about suggested contributions for volunteers events below.

Public Volunteer Events
For companies looking to coordinate an event with a smaller group (fewer than 10 volunteers) or looking for weekend activities, joining in on a pre-planned, public Greenway volunteer event is a great option. Rather than planning a custom event, smaller corporate groups are welcome to register and attend these pre-planned public events and volunteer alongside other community members.
