Sammamish River Trail
One of King County’s most popular regional greenways, the 10 mile Sammamish River Trail offers delightful views of the river, foothills, and Mount Rainier. As part of the “lakes to locks” corridor, this paved trail runs along the Sammamish River from Marymoor Park to Bothell where it connects to the Burke-Gilman Trail. Bicyclists, joggers, skaters, walkers, and others enjoy the trail as a regional recreation resource, and bicycle commuters use it extensively for travel among suburban cities and Seattle. A separate soft-surface path provides access for equestrians.
