What’s Wrong with My Houseplant? (Online)

Ever wonder why your plant’s leaves turn brown or yellow? In this class instructor Tassy de Give, co-author of Rooted in Design and Plant Director of Glasswing Greenhouse and Geometry Gardens, will discuss the normal life cycle of plants: what is acceptable leaf loss, how to identify and treat plant pathogens, common houseplant pests, and watering or lighting issues.

Tassy de Give is a plant enthusiast and instructor who has worked in the horticulture field for the past 15 years. In 2007 she co-founded Sprout Home, a home and garden shop and design studio in Brooklyn, NY. She co-authored her first book in 2015 entitled Rooted in Design. Tassy has been a featured guest/writer for ABC’s The Chew, Martha Stewart Living Radio Show, and Elle Magazine. She is currently the Plant Director for Glasswing Greenhouse in Seattle, WA.
