Event Overview

The Mountains to Sound Greenway has been working on trail improvements along this trail and at the trailhead as part of efforts to restore critical bull trout habitat in the Kachess River. The trail has been inaccesessible for a couple years, and needs brushing, drainage maintenance, and tread restoration in spots in order to open again. This hike and trail maintenance includes a mild stream crossing at the beginning of the trail. Water will be shin deep, so we recommend that folks bring extra shoes and a trekking pole for balance.
