Additional Information
We’ve got a tree for you to plant! Join us as we kick off our fall tree planting season at the Greenway's Annual Tree Planting Celebration on October 20, 2018. This year, we have a lot to celebrate. The City of Mercer Island will be recognized as a designated Tree City USA and will be celebrating their first Arbor Day. We are also celebrating Carter Subaru's 10th year of partnership and support of the Greenway Trust. This event is a wonderful day to give back as we come together to plant over 1,000 native trees and shrubs to improve and enhance urban forest habitat.

Hosted by the City of Mercer Island and sponsored by Carter Subaru, celebrations will include coffee, food, music, education opportunities, and of course planting enjoyment for the whole crowd. Planting events are great for individuals, families, groups, and work teams. With no experience needed, we encourage everyone to join in on the fun!
