Event Overview

The Run with the Kokanee 5k & 10k is on!  This flat and fast course around the park is a great fall run.  The event will be conducted with our usual robust COVID-19 safety measures. Your entry helps support the Kokanee Salmon recovery work of the Bellevue-Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited.

Your entry helps support the Kokanee Salmon recovery work of the Bellevue-Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited. The Kokanee are unique to Lake Sammamish and are in danger of becoming extinct. Some of Trout Unlimited’s work includes: protecting the Kokanee’s access to spawning areas, educating fisherman to properly identify Kokanee, educating residents about environmentally-friendly lawn care, and more.
