Event Overview

Come celebrate National Public Lands Day in the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie Valley with the Greenway Trust and our partner organizations!

When the work is done, celebrate a great day of giving back together at our Cheers for Volunteers afterparty. Enjoy free beer, lunch, and a recreational gear raffle generously sponsored by REI Co-op.

Ages 14 and up.
What to Bring

For safety, volunteers are required to wear:

  • Long pants (we’ll be working with tools)
  • Sturdy, close-toed shoes (absolutely no sandals)
  • Gloves

In addition, we recommend that participants bring:

  • Warm layers, especially during the fall, winter, and spring
  • Rain gear
  • Water for the day
  • Small daypack for snacks, extra layers, etc.

Volunteers will meet and start together at the Middle Fork Trailhead parking lot. Google link: https://goo.gl/maps/sGEXBtJf14pUGWY5A There will be no cell reception at the Middle Fork Trailhead. Turn left (north) onto 468th Ave SE and follow it to the junction with the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Road (Forest Road 56). Turn right and continue up the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Road for 11.8 miles to the Middle Fork trailhead parking area on the right. Look for Greenway signs and staff.
