Where to Meet and Parking Information
Directions from I-90 in Cle Elum: Take exit 85 on I-90 to WA-10/WA-970 in Kittitas County. Turn right to stay on WA-10/WA-970 for 6.5 miles Turn left onto Teanaway Rd for 7.3 miles Slight right onto NF-9737 for 8.2 miles At the junction, stay left and drop down toward the river. Google Maps will try to keep you right, and you’ll be abandoned on the hillside with no parking and a steep drop to the trailhead!
Additional Information

Join the Mountains to Sound Greenway and the USFS to celebrate National Public Lands Day with service! The De Roux trailhead doubles as a campground, so you’ll have the opportunity to do some brushing along the trailhead and up the trail, along with trash pickup in the campground itself. Park along the loop where indicated, or at the trailhead as available, and meet your site lead at the trailhead to check in and pick up the provided gloves, trash bags, and brush cutters.

If you use Google Maps, the directions will try to take you right at the final junction and will leave you high and dry on a narrow road on a steep hill. Stay left at the junction and swing down toward the river!
