This greenspace is a former lot chosen for development until the City of Issaquah acquired it to become a green corridor for wildlife and conservation efforts. The Greenway will prove all tools and instruction for planting.

Join the Greenway at Squak Valley where we will mulch around native trees and shrubs and remove Himalayan blackberry along Issaquah Creek, a salmon bearing stream! Mulching helps plants retain water during hotter months and suppressed weeds that can compete with them for nutrients.

Greenway Trust Priority Area:
Join us at the Greenway Nursery to support summertime maintenance. This helps our nursery run throughout the year to hold our thousands of young plants. Volunteers will help with weeding, general maintenance, and possibly re-potting.
