Tessa Kilmer
With the Greenway Trust since: 2025
Tessa (she/her) is excited to return to the Greenway as an Educator for the 2026 season. Originally from New York, Tessa has a degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Vermont. She is passionate about inquiry-based education and connecting people with the outdoors. Her previous experience includes leading educational programs in Grand Teton National Park and fostering empathy and community as a ranger for the National Wildlife Refuge System. Working with the Greenway Trust, she will engage 4th-12th grade students in King County with high-quality, science-based outdoor learning opportunities. In her free time, you can find Tessa exploring the Greenway, reading, or starting a craft she probably won’t finish.
