Cathedral Pass Trailhead Cleanup
Join the Mountains to Sound Greenway and the US Forest Service to celebrate National Public Lands Day with service! Cathedral Pass Trailhead, located up the Cle Elum Valley, needs some late-season upkeep! Volunteers will help collect trash and brush out this popular location for dayhikes, through-hikes, and overnight campers.
Follow event signage to the designated parking area, then meet your site lead to check in and pick up your provided tools and PPE.

Bring water and snacks. The event ends at 1pm, and it will take almost an hour to leave the forest, so you won't have access to other food until 2pm!
Wear long pants, close toed shoes, and weather-appropriate layers.
Take I-90 east to the Roslyn exit (about 1 mile west of Cle Elum).
Follow Cle Elum River Road (State Road 903) to Salmon La Sac.
Turn right onto Forest Road 4330 (a rough dirt road) just past the Ranger Station.
Drive about 12 miles to the end of the road, where you will find the trailhead.
