Event Overview
Join us in the Teanaway Community Forest for River Poems with T. Bambrick on Saturday, July 26th! This event, suitable for all ages and levels of affection for poetry (even die-hard haters are allowed), will include an introduction to the Teanaway Rivers, shared poems, and the opportunity to create a collaborative poem together.

Meet at the Teanaway Camping Area walk-in site parking (Discover Pass required) to check in for the event by 10AM. Once you’ve checked in with Vince Pruis (vince.pruis@mtsgreenway.org, 509-818-7565), you’ll walk two hundred feet to the West Fork Teanaway River with the group, where you’ll learn about the Teanaway Community Forest, share poems and stories, and hear from a locally raised (and nationally known) poet, T. Bambrick. Remember to bring: layers for the weather, water, and a Discover Pass for parking. Folks are welcome to sit on the riverbank or in one of the three camp chairs provided, but you may want to bring one of your own!
