The large and well-marked Middle Fork Trailhead parking lot is on the right side of the road at 11.5 miles. This trailhead provides access to two great year round hikes. By passing over a bridge that spans the Middle Fork you are able to explore upstream or downstream trails. These trails provide pleasant low elevation (and easy on the knees) hikes along the river.
