Mailbox Peak Trailhead

The Mailbox Peak Trail climbs 4,000 feet in 4.7 miles. The summit rewards hikers with views of the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River and numerous peaks, including Mount Rainier.

Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust crews built this trail in 2012 and 2013, replacing an old badly eroding and steep trail. This doubled the trail in length, but made the accent much more bearable.
