Stafford Creek Trail Repair
Last year, Stafford Creek Trail was subject to fire and water damage from the Labor Mountain Fire and 25-year floods and windstorms. This spring our trail crew cleared 277 logs off of the trail, but a lot of tread damage remains, and the Greenway is working with volunteers to continue trail repair and improvements. We'll continue the work by repairing tread, adding more effective water drainage, and even rerouting the trail around extreme incising.
Please note that we will hike in 1.5 miles and gain nearly 1000ft of elevation along the way. Even so, it will be worth it!
