Comfortable walking shoes, water, and a Discover Pass for parking.
Dual perspective adds depth, so this year the Teanaway Community Forest is giving you metaphorical 3D glasses by inviting two expert or enthusiast speakers to lead each free guided event. Come ramble along the North Fork Teanaway River with us for the Rivers Walk on Sunday afternoon, May 19th. Speakers Tom Ring, hydrogeologist, and Becca Wassell, program director for Mid-Columbia Fisheries, will offer their perspectives and expertise on why the river looks the way it does today and how we continue to shape it through human impact and restoration projects.
