This 120 acre site is located along Issaquah Creek in the middle of the Issaquah basin. This old homestead is being restored to forested, floodplain, and riparian habitats. Come to experience this tranquil site, meandering stream, and secondary and old growth forest – all while battling back the encroaching blackberry.
Volunteers can expect to work on habitat restoration efforts by removing invasive species and preparing for future native plantings. Thank you for volunteering with the Greenway Trust and King County Parks! No experience neccessary – all training provided – sign the e-waiver ahead of time! |
