This 120 acre site is located along Issaquah Creek in the middle of the Issaquah basin. This old homestead is being restored to forested, floodplain, and riparian habitats. Come to experience this tranquil site, meandering stream, and secondary and old growth forest – all while planting the saplings of the forest's future.
Volunteers can expect to work on habitat restoration efforts by removing invasive species and planting native trees and shrubs. Thank you for volunteering with the Greenway Trust and King County Parks! No experience neccessary – all training provided. |
