Mike manages the Greenway Trust’s capital recreation projects, working with partnering nonprofits, government agencies, crews and volunteers on building and maintaining trails, trailheads and other recreation facilities. Mike has over two decades of experience in trail project design and implementation in the region. Before joining the Greenway Trust he worked as a teacher in the public schools and with other environmental non-profits. When not hiking, building, skiing or biking on trails, Mike enjoys teaching young people about the outdoors, and the occasional carpentry project.
