Jade Gonzalez (she/her) was born and raised in El Paso, TX. Growing up in the Chihuahuan desert, she learned to appreciate nature at an early age. She received her bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from New Mexico State University. She has gained a broad range of experience in sustainable agriculture, phytonutrient research, ecological monitoring, and restoration. Jade completed a Crew Lead year with Earth Corps in 2025, and she is excited to join the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust to continue restoration projects in the Pacific Northwest. During her free time, you can find Jade crocheting, knitting, birding, and spoiling her two cats, Mishko and Aoki!
