Ellise Smith

Ellise is a part of the new Trail Crew for this 2023 season! Raised in Nashville, TN, Ellise had worked in the restaurant industry, but always made time to go outdoors. She grew up camping, hiking, and traveling. Always knowing she was passionate about taking care of nature and wildlife, she finally took action. She joined the American Conservation Experience based out of Asheville, North Carolina in 2021. Shortly after finishing her term there, she found her way to the Greenway! While loving to work and enjoy exploring the outdoors, she also indulges in reading, writing, going to concerts, Joe Pera, herbalism, and wildlife/landscape photography.
