Frog Pond Trail Work
We will be working on a newly opened trail in the Teanaway Community Forest called the Frog Pond Loop. Activities will include brushing the trail in places and improving existing tread over a 4 mile section, with little elevation gain. It's likely we'll finish early and get to enjoy the walk between work spots.
Please bring:
- Water, snacks, lunch
- Closed toed shoes
- Warm and dry layers
- We will provide PPE, but if you prefer your own hardhat or gloves, you are welcome to bring them
Directions: Start at I-90 exit 85 (Cle Elum). Go east on SR-970 for 6.9 miles. Turn left on Teanaway Road. Go 7.3 miles. Turn left on West Fork Teanaway Road for 1 mile, and the trailhead is at the gate.
