Event Overview
Hey, Burien youth: Join us for a fun, free event this summer! Help restore Hilltop Park in Burien, get artsy, and meet new friends. No experience necessary! We will have tools, gloves, training, and lunch for everyone who attends. If you join us on Thursday, August 28 at Salmon Creek Ravine, you'll get to explore green careers after lunch.

No experience necessary — all tool and training will be provided.

What to Bring

For safety, volunteers are required to wear:

  • Long pants (we’ll be working with tools, so no shorts!)
  • Sturdy, close-toed shoes (absolutely no sandals)
  • Gloves (provided)

In addition, we recommend that participants bring:

  • Sun protection, including a hat and sunscreen
  • A full water bottle
Driving Directions

Volunteers will find street parking near the park along 128th St. Bus #132 stops right in front of Hilltop Park. Look for Greenway staff to direct you.
