Restaurants and cafés will be able to extend their service area on the sidewalk\, in the parking lane\, and in special cases when a road is closed\, like this pilot\, onto the vehicle travel lane. \nWhere is the Downtown Streatery? \nThe streatery is open from 2 p.m. Fridays to 10 p.m. Sundays. During these times\, Front Street (from Dogwood to Sunset) and Alder (from First Place Northwest to First Avenue Northeast) will be closed to vehicular traffic\, and drivers should take alternate routes.

Make a difference. If you can pick up litter\, push a broom\, swing a shovel or plant some flowers\, your help is needed. There are jobs for all ages and abilities and flexible schedules to get the work done. \nCelebrate Earth Day and help Keep Issaquah Beautiful! \nWe invite you to join us for the 7th annual citywide “Keep Issaquah Beautiful Day”. Volunteers are needed! Families\, groups and individuals\, are encouraged to spend a couple of hours making a difference in our community. Clubs\, businesses and students welcome! \nIf you can pick up litter\, push a broom\, swing a shovel and/or plant some flowers\, we need you! Refreshments will be served aftward. \nThere are jobs for all ages and abilities and flexible schedules to get the work done. \nClean up will include the following areas throughout town. (See volunteer sign up link below). \nWe’re encouraging businesses in historic downtown to do their part and cleanup of sidewalks\, flower boxes and more. Students can help and can earn their community service hours at the same time!
