SUMMARY:Women in the Woods Returns on Garfield Ledges Trail
DESCRIPTION:We're back again!  \nThe Greenway Trust has offered the Women in the Woods series since 2010 to address the gender gap in the trail community and build community for women-identified and non-binary outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you are a trail pro or are out to try trail work for the first time\, Women in the Woods events are a blast.  \nWe will be continuing work on a brand new trail\, Garfield Ledges Trail\, built by the Greenway Trust and our partners. The group will hike into the project site together\, learn proper trail maintenance and building techniques\, use trail specific tools\, and build a stronger connection to trails. The goal of this event\, and the entire Women in the Woods series\, is to create a more inclusive and empowered trail community.   \nBe sure to pre-register for this event – and sign the online waiver – spaces are limited!
