SUMMARY:Samish/Skagit Flats Bird Walk
DESCRIPTION:November can be an excellent time for raptors and waterfowl in the Samish/Skagit Flats. We will get an early start to explore the area. We will be looking for hawks\, falcons\, eagles and harriers\, as well as ponded fields with waterfowl (we will hope for a Eurasian Wigeon in with the American Wigeons). We will also be looking for Passerines\, and maybe a Northern Shrike. Come prepared for possible wet/windy weather. Bring scopes\, lunch\, fluids and a Discover Pass. \nCarpool $20 per passenger. Limit 11 in three cars.
