SUMMARY:Samish Flats Bird Walk
DESCRIPTION:The Samish and Skagit Flats can be excellent for raptors (hawks\, eagles\, falcons) in late winter. We’ll explore looking for a variety of raptors\, waterfowl\, perhaps wintering shorebirds and passerines. January can bring any sort of weather\, so come prepared. Bring scopes\, Discover Pass if you have one\, and lunch. Meet at 7:30 am at the Kingsgate P&R\, north end. We’ll carpool in 3 cars. Register with trip leader Brian H.
