SUMMARY:Tree Planting at Confluence Park 11/10/18
DESCRIPTION:Confluence Park is a beautiful natural space located in Olde Town Issaquah. The Park itself is comprised of three contiguous parks\, totalling 15.5 acres of undeveloped land\, all meeting at the confluence of the East Fork and main stem of Issaquah Creek. Habitat restoration done at this park helps create habitat for salmon\, such as the native chinook salmon\, as well as provides a natural space for the community to enjoy. Join the Greenway in continuing to restore Confluence Park by planting native trees and shrubs at our volunteer events. \nNovember 10th  is Puget Sound Orca Recovery Day\, and we are proud to be joining Puget Sound Conservation Districts on this day\, to celebrate\, honor\, and restore local orca populations.
