DESCRIPTION:This event on March 14 will be canceled. Please check in with our COVID-19 updates to follow along with Greenway Trust event decisions. Thank you for your understanding! \nThe Greenway Native Plant Nursery is home to nearly 30\,000 native trees and shrubs. From the very start of their journey with the Greenway Trust\, these trees are cared for by volunteers. At the nursery\, volunteers pot these trees and shrubs\, and after they have grown in our nursery for about two years\, volunteers will plant these plants again\, this time in their final homes in urban forests\, parks\, and open spaces throughout the Greenway landscape.  \nVolunteers have helped pot up thousands of plants this winter! Now\, it is time to wind down and close up the nursery for the winter. Come to help out\, organize\, clean\, and built a foundation for a successful summer season in the nursery. \nRemember to sign the e-waiver online before the event (link in agenda e-mail). Also\, we are now offering Discovery Pass vouchers for volunteers at all events in Lake Sammamish State Park — 24 hours in a year qualifies you for a free pass! Ask us at the event for more information.  \nThis is a fun event for everyone – no experience necessary – and we are looking forward to organizing with you.
