This temporary non-motorized sno-park/snow play area was established in 2021 in response to the overwhelming demand for winter recreation opportunities. It has a blzed snowshoe si trail along the river that connects to the jungle creek trail.

Cle Elum River Sno-Park

Crystal Springs Dog-Sled Parking Area

This parking lot, to the east of the main Crystal Springs Sno-Park is for dog sledders and other non-motorzied users. It provides access to the dog-sled/non-motorized trail that connects to the Palouse to Cascades Trail.

Easton Reload Sno-Park

This Sno-Park which is at 2240′ provides access to 249 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in Kittitas County ranging in elevation from 2241′-6132′. You can cross into Yakima County on the Berber Springs trail to access an additional 210 miles of trail

Snowmobile sno-park is in the boat launch, non-motorized sno-park is at the day use sno-park. The section of the John Wayne Pioneer Trail east of USFS Rd 5400 to Easton is shared use (snowmobile, x-country ski, snowshoe and dog sled). Use caution.
